  Monday - Friday
  
  5:30 a.m. to 7:30 a.m.
  
  5:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
- Saturday & Sunday
  
  5:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Annual renewal fees will be extended to a date yet to be determined. If you have an active card, it will continue to work.
