As the new superintendent of Renville County West (RCW) Schools, I am thrilled to embark on this journey with you. It is an honor to join such a vibrant and dedicated community, and I am eager to contribute to the continued success of our district.

With over 34 years in education, including my recent role as Superintendent and elementary principal in McGregor, MN, and 16 years as a principal in Benson, I bring a wealth of experience and a passion for fostering academic excellence and community engagement. I have already found that RCW is a remarkable school with many opportunities for our students, and I am committed to building on the strong foundation laid by my predecessors.

As we look forward to a new school year starting on Monday, August 19th, my primary goal is to ensure that every student has the tools and support they need to succeed. I believe in the power of collaboration and open communication, and I am dedicated to working together with families, staff, and community members to create a nurturing and inclusive environment for our students.

My door is always open, and I invite you to stop by with any questions, concerns, or ideas. While I may not always have the immediate solution or answer, I am here to listen and work with you to find the best path forward.
