  •  A student who successfully completes this course will be able to:

    1. Use algebraic, exponential, logarithmic, and trigonometric functions and linear systems to model problem situations, solve the problems and explain their solutions.

    2. Manipulate algebraic, exponential, logarithmic and trigonometric functions symbolically and graphically.

    3. Prove algebraic and trigonometric identities and explain the logic of their proofs.

    4. Use the language of mathematics to communicate ideas in a problem and its solution.
