RCW schools has an active FFA chapter, with an average membership of around 50 students. Our chapter competes in several FFA contests such as Soils, Crops, Dairy Foods, Fish and Wildlife, Ag Mechanics, Floriculture, Farm Business Management and various livestock judging such as Dairy Cattle, Horse, General Livestock, as well as participates in different leadership activities such as public speaking, extemp. speaking, job interview, and regional leadership responsibilities.

We also run the 212 Garden Center, which is located on Highway 212 in Renville MN, where we sell annual flowers, perennials, and vegetables (seeds and plants) as a fundraiser for chapter activities. We also took over the Renville community garden a few years ago, where we grow a variety of vegetables that are then given to people in the community for free. Feel free to help yourself to the garden, you will find tomatos, cucumbers, various peppers, and 2 different plantings of sweet corn. All free for the taking, just help yourself.
