Welcome to English at Renville County West!

I am Pamela Elfering, Language Arts teacher and grammar guru. I have been with RCW for 24 years and have taught everything from grades 7 through 12 and all language-related electives in between. I also help steer each year's 12th-grade class towards graduation as a Senior Class Advisor and advise our school's 40-member Student Council.
