RCW Elementary will be implementing the PAWsitive Postcard Program this school year for PreK-6th grade students! The PAWsitive Postcard Program was designed to acknowledge students who display positive behaviors at school as well as acknowledging students who are working hard and achieving academic success in the classroom! Whether they are improving their listening skills, working hard to stay on task, did well on a test, being able to manage their emotions, OR are helpful to their peers, being a good friend, or just having a positive attitude WE want to recognize these PAWsitives! Teachers and school staff will choose students throughout the school year that are modeling positive behaviors in the classroom or making gains in the classroom. Postcards will be mailed home and these students will be recognized at the End of The Quarter Celebration in front of the elementary student body and staff at school. Parents/Guardians please keep your eye out this school year for some PAWsitivity in your mail boxes and celebrate these successes with your child at home! We are PROUD of them!
